PDA site: doesn't show an upgraded passenger w/o a seat assignment. In this case it's BF (cdg-ewr). DK if this happens for domestic as well.

Menu Problem - Displays Incorrectly
Greetings,
The main menu (blue bar) does not display correctly, when you mouse over the menu and the "hover" event fires it displays the menu, but there are white spaces between each menu choice causing a long menu that when you try to access something in the lower menu, the menu goes away.
PM me if you want a screenshot of this.
FYI: Following are the specs of the box that this is happening
- Lenovo W500 Thinkpad
- 1920x1200 native resolution
- Vista Business x64bit
- 8GB RAM
- IE8
It happens no matter if the window is expanded or sized to be smaller.

I received an EUA today for a flight I have on Friday, but I never received the e-mail notification.
Also, I checked an itinerary I have for November, and some flight changes occurred. However, I was never sent an e-mail notifying me of these changes.

Ticket reward travel is showing under managed reservations under "Price" - Mileage and Price Details - as if the reward ticket had not been issued, when it has. Co.com tech support says all is OK.
CO.com should only show the price and miles used in managed reservations. It shows mileage amount and the cost to upgrade the current balance to allow this redemption.
The only thing unique is that there was a change to a flight which is different from the ticketed flight. In other words, a later flight opened and a change was made to the later flight - same point-to-point routing.

As I've said before, I would like to see an honest rendition of available seats. It is obvious to me that many choice premium seats are listed as "occupied" MANY MANY months before flights in identical templates which is why I'm sure they are actually available, but only to higher status OP members.
Today I am trying to ticket an itinerary and am given ONLY the option of FC fare on a certain routing. So maybe Economy is full, I wonder? NO, when I check Economy seat availability, there is PLENTY of availability in preferred seating to which I am entitled as an elite. But no fare is shown for economy.
Having recently ticketed myself on the same itinerary, I am also displeased that I was unable to secure exit row seats (all shown as occupied just yesterday) as a lowly silver, but when I went ahead and priced out the itinerary that included the (forced) FC segments, suddenly all of those exit rows are wide open.
There is some sophisticated psychological manipulation of those loyal customers like myself who try to ticket themselves via CO.com.
I for one don't appreciate the chicanery, and believe that it is unworthy of what HAS BEEN a most straightforward and, I THOUGHT honest airline.

I don't know that there is any chicanery here. This is pretty typical airline revenue management. Apparently CO feels that they can sell all the F seats at the higher revenue instead of offering any Y seats at a reduced revenue. It may not make sense to you or I, but they generally have a reason for doing things. Such is life in the airline business.

Thanks for the thoughts, but actually the plane is almost EMPTY! I don't have a n availability tool, but it seems highly unlikely that there are not ANY reduced rate seats available (six weeks out). So I still don't get it. I suppose it could be an error.
I guess I will have to call them and ask if I can reroute without a change fee before my ticket is irrevocable. And see what they tell me if they claim only FC fares are available when the seat map shows the back is wide open.
That will help to determine whether it is indeed chicanery or "honest" marketing strategy!

Int'l M fares show Platinum Upgrade
When logged in as a platinum OnePass member, international itineraries with M fares show the Platinum Elite Upgrade Fare icon even on the transpacific/transatlantic (BusinessFirst) legs.

Would like to see TG connection option to BKK, not just NH & UA
It is nice to begin seeing the NH and UA connections on co.com for various Asia destinations as combinable with IAH-NRT and EWR-NRT, thinking beyond Oct24 and *A.
But for NRT-BKK it would sure be nice to have the TG option as a *A connection that could be ticketed on co.com. TG's economy pitch is much better than the 31" pitch on NH and UA for this 6hr flight. As PE I can get emergency exit for the ...-NRT portion on CO. But having NH and UA as the only co.com options for connecting to BKK is causing this 6'2"-er to look elsewhere for this fall 09 travel (...unless UA E+ on that routing were made available to CO PE's. I'm not counting on that ever, and certainly not soon enough for the shortly-after-Oct-24 travel I'm needing to book now.)

It is possible (I have seen this on occasion) that they've priced the front lower than the back for your itinerary. For example, you don't meet the restrictions imposed for discount tickets, and Y or B are priced above A.
