Tickets booked in "O" class (Plat Elite BF reward - formerly "EN") displays "COACH" in the managed reservation section - when it is BusinessFirst.

Yes I have that too. They need to fix that.
Editing - looks like it's been fixed.

I went to check the status of my return flight home from NRT tomorrow. The original IAH NRT flight (from yesterday) is still showing up and indicating since it is within 24 hours of departure, I can't change my seat.

Ticketed Reservation catalogued as Inactive (?!)
I have a Reward ticket (actually two, for Mrs D and me) that has migrated its status from Current to Inactive. When I call about the trip I'm told it is still ticketed, but an e-mail to co.com support has not managed to get it moved back from Inactive to Current. I tried deleting it and then searching for it to re-add it. It reappears in Inactive.
Has anyone a clue as to the long term effect I might expect form this odd categorization?

Misconfigured TLS (SSL)
The secure server at https://www.continental.com/ has misconfigured TLS (SSL) certificates right now: it's sending out just the leaf certificate, not the whole chain, which makes it impossible for the browser to verify that you're actually connecting to www.continental.com, not a hacker doing a man-in-the-middle attack. (This is happening to me from both a Time Warner / RoadRunner address, and AT&T using an iPhone.)
It's also possible that a hacker is impersonating www.continental.com on both networks. (It's resolving to www.continental.com.edgekey.net → e2629.b.akamaiedge.net → 96.16.18.203 for me.) But the most likely problem is a misconfigured web server.
Unfortunately, even an advanced search gets sent to the secure server, causing browser warnings.

Issue #1 - booking 3 rt IAH-LAX tix; says 3 tix available at this price. After 1 purchase, rate goes up $400. Yes, I realize that someone could have snatched up the other two in a the two seconds, but doubt it. I ended up changing the first tix I bought.
Issue #2 - had my daughter's res up and looking at her seat assignments in order to put me by her; went back to my res and as I did my seat assignment, it morphed me into her. I've brought this up several times before and it is a huge annoyance when booking multiple reservations or having even two up at the same time.

auto waitlist for segment upgrade
Sorry if this is a duplicate but the thread is too long to browse.
It would be nice if, when upgrading a connecting domestic flight with miles and not all the segments are available, the system would ask you if you want to wait list for the remaining segments. No reason that I should have to call in to get that done, especially since the amount of miles is the same.
Just a small suggestion to save call center staff time.
