You can try forcing the search to coach - select coach & specfic fare class(es) - then just put in the entire coach list.

It is possible (I have seen this on occasion) that they've priced the front lower than the back for your itinerary. For example, you don't meet the restrictions imposed for discount tickets, and Y or B are priced above A.
