Has anybody else had an issue whereby airport names won't appear when trying to book a flight? I've had this issue on multiple computers - I'll look up a trip, and on the "select departing flight" page, it'll simply say something along the lines of:

Depart:
6:55 a.m.
Mon., Mar. 29, 2010

Arrive:
8:16 a.m.
Mon., Mar. 29, 2010

Change Planes. Connect time in is 1 hour 34 minutes.
without actually saying which airports the flights are going to! The flight numbers are included, but it's understandably rather a pain, and somewhat of an oddity.

This continues to happen on the "select return flight" page, and even the "review trip itinerary" page.

Delays in ticketing

I have booked two flights on continental.com this month, one on Jan 10, the other on Jan 15 (EWR-AUA and EWR-LHR respectively). Neither one has been ticketed. I called yesterday to ask about it, and the rep told me they are probably delayed in ticketing reservations. I have never experienced any delays in the past, and I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

Thanks!

LH segments = 0 EQM

US-FRA (CO) - xxx (LH), with the LH flights showing up as LH flight numbers. The LH segments (out and return) show as 0 EQM online.

This is obviously contrary to the mileage accruals posted elsewhere on the website, so i assume just a web site bug.

I have an itin that was booked CLT-EWR and EWR-LAX. The two segs had more than four hours between the two so they shouldn't be a connection.

Today, when I went to check-in and SDC my CLT-EWR, it would only give me options for CLT-LAX which is not what i wanted.

So, for some reason the system was treating the itin as CLT-LAX even though it wasn't a valid connection.

I've a booking on CO and went in to take a look at seat assignments and notice they've been randomly moved. Also, the seat numbering seems to be missing rows 15-19. See picture for more information.

Any idea what's going on?

NOTE: In an effort to align seat assignments across our aircraft fleet, row numbering may not be sequential.

I started noticing this lately upon checkin

Grrr, they've also managed to mess up our seating so we are all over the place. Children in exit rows, my 2 year old on his own.

Ditto. Same problem(s) as a few days ago.

I want to buy a flight, but cannot, as I cannot sign in (buying w/o the 24 refund option is a non-starter).

Is CO.com down?

I tried different browsers and different accounts (my wife's and mine). No dice.

Yes, I think there's a problem or an update going on with co.com right now. I'm all zeros across the board as well, and my upcoming reservation is missing.

Not a true CO.Com issue but a Copa.Com issue. Copa Air is showing President's Club members still have access to NWA lounges on the following webpage. CO may want to contact their partner.
