This occurred again on a few routes I tried today (11/3), as well.

going from the flight search on the homepage (for status) errors out asking for a date on the next screen... should default to today... duh.

with the new release..

applying a etc is "hit" and "miss" ..

sometimes it takes, other times not...

never gives a chance it was applied before the final purchase..

Have had problems with 'Check Flight Status' for the past week or so. Select a city pair in the from/to window, and hit 'enter'.

Gives the alert:

! We could not process your request. Please see the message below and make revisions.

! Please enter the Depart Date. Enter all dates in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

Calendar always defaults to yesterday's date.

ETC Functionality

I bought a couple of flights using $100 ETCs, when I looked at my CC bill, it had the full purchase price, and I went back to look at the ETicket receipts which showed the CC charged for the full amount with no mention of the CERT, where it used to have CERT and then an add/collect for the remainder.

Awards

The DL and AF reward inventory shows up now on a search from SFO-TLV but the AF flights incorrectly price @ 180k RT for BF rather than the Series 10 price of 120k for business.

Enter key still doesn't work

The Sign In page doesn't function properly in Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) Gecko/20071025 Firefox/2.0.0.9).

I'll enter my PIN and hit the Enter key, see the flash animation, and am brought right back to the Sign In screen. No error message, nothing.

I have to actually click the "Sign In(Secure)" button to get past this screen.

Things work properly in IE.

Seat Map issue

I can't reserve an open seat on a flight. I select the seat I want and click continue but the seat doesn't "take" on my itinerary. I even tried the old trick to select a seat and then view another leg prior to "conitinueing" to see if that worked. No dice.

I also got an AU on a Y fare but there don't appear to be any seats open in First. Is this normal? I don't think I have seen this one before.

I got a complimentary upgrade notification for a flight I was on from IAH-EWR. Please note I was already traveling in F (paid R) so unclear why I got the notification.

The seatmap bug is worse than I thought...

I selected seats, clicked "Continue", then returned to change the seats and it randomly assigned new ones.

I actual did this and had to talk with the web support desk and reported the problem. It seems that you have to hit the button next to the ETC information that reads "Certificate Value" once you hit that it will then apply the value I believe. This may be because of the residual value that you can now get on the certificates. I explained to the website support person that most people know the value of their certificate and thus wont hit that button and thus not apply the value. It seems like he didnt report as it is still there as of today.

On the travel club FAQ page, it says:

"How much does it cost to join?
Annual membership is available for only $25.00 (subject to change). With the $5 you get back every time you purchase a ticket at continental.com, you can earn that money back in just two trips."

$10 was the old fee, I believe. When you guys increased the fee to $25, you didn't adjust the following math appropriately.
