OLCI and new feature to Check In Baggage
No problems noted, but did everyone notice the new OLCI screens that ask you how many bags you will be checking in at the counter.
So far 3 flights using this and no problems. Nice touch at CO.com.

The Presidents Club location drop-down menu has two listing for Boston. The first is filled in the second is blank. Somehow appropriate with the closing of the BOS PC but it should still list the DL and NW lounges.

Minor glitch: Had a OW ticket UK-US... Showed the price in GBP, but with a "$" sign. Would have been a really great fare if in USD.

co.com has not been functioning correctly at all for me this afternoon - I cannot search for paid or reward flights or even search the timetable.

I was coming on to post something very similar. It took me a good 30min to book a flight. The search timed out, I couldn't select a return flight, not all of the flight options were shown, I kept getting referred to the timetable...all sorts of issues.

Fun was trying to book a Y-Up fare Mon afternoon and then trying to select seats for an hour only to have it do one of: barf, Tell me I was booked in I Class and not bring up seat maps, or just pretty much ignore anything I tried to do. The seat maps when brought up were apparently completely wrong as they didnt show any of the occupied seats. Of course getting so far as to put in airport codes was also a challenge earlier. Co.com phone support was so busy they apparently pulled the tech weinies to answer the phones - to which I wondered - why weren't they fixing it instead?

Update acct bug: cannot keep username
Upon going to CO.com I get an account update screen (PIN Hint, username, password, etc.)
I entered the same username I had picked a while back, and I get an error that someone has already picked that username. Well, duh! That user is I.
I click on My Account (where my username had disappeared from My Account) and it lets me enter the same username.
The screen that sets my password does not work when you hit Enter (just like the login screen). You have to click on the button. If you hit Enter you just come back to the same page with no error. Very annoying.

Credit Card Update during reward ticket cancellation
Tried to add a new credit card while cancelling a reward ticket - entered it at least 3 times and it never showed up in the drop down for me to select.
So I edited an old card instead to put in the new card...it showed up in the drop down then so I used it.
A week or so later, I notice I still haven't gotten my miles returned to my account so I called to find out what was going on. They told me my credit card was denied. I asked her which one - and she gives me the number from the "old card" that I edited to become the new one. So even though the website showed my new card info, it tried to use my old card.
I had to give her the new card info verbally on the phone.

Forced to Enter Minor's Birthdate
I manage a OnePass account for my daughter. I want to adjust her settings to indicate that she is a minor. Perhaps this will help cut down on awful junk mail (Chase card offers, etc).
Continental.com insists that I enter her birthdate in order to classify her as a minor. Yes, I am aware that Continental gets passport information; but, as a general policy, I try not to store personal details on websites unless there is some compelling need to do so.
I see no compelling need for CO to know the birthdate of my daughter, but I also want CO to know she is a minor, so they don't send her inappropriate stuff.
Why does co.com require me to enter my daughter's birthdate? Can this be changed?
(PS: I wouldn't want to just enter a bogus birthdate for fear that the incorrect information might proliferate and cause a headache later.)

If I move my dates to Nov. it works fine.
I have the same problem when I try to book FPO to Man. I usually need to call the One Pass office and they always fix the problem but it takes at least a half hour of their time and mine.

I haven't received my EUA e-mail notification for my last 3 flights. I've tried deleting and re-inserting my e-mail address in my profile. No dice. I'm just happy it's the e-mail, not the EUA itself.

Unable to select seats on CO93/CO92
This is tangentially related to an issue already identified (inability to select seats on individual segments of a multiple-segment flight), but is more basic, and I didn't see it mentioned when I searched...
For about the last year of so, I've been completely unable to select seats on flights 92 and 93 (GIG-GRU-IAH). I can select a seat, but when I click on "Continue" the original seat assignment remains.
Even when I go to expertflyer and check for a seat that's available on both segments, it still doesn't take. I have to call an agent and have the seat assignment changed manually.
Seats for on-going connecting flights can be changed normally.
