Perfect job for FTer in SFO

I found this in one of my LinkedIn groups: Research Manager at Lonely Planet

Located in SFO, no relocation offered

I do not work for LP, I just thought this would be perfect for a FTer with marketing experience.

I am doing some consulting, but it is only one to two (mostly one) week(s) a month. We need full time and insurance.

We all realize that this is a rough employment environment, but I am sure that in this vast FT Community, there has to be someone looking for me.

FYI, I live in the Cincinnati area.

As a result of ever changing company priorities the position that I thought would be a dream job ended abruptly. I am an information technology professional with more than 10 years of managerial and consulting experience. My most recent forays have been in leading both the project management and web development/technology disciplines within an interactive advertising and marketing agency which has involved a great deal of client facing consulting.

I had been focusing my search to other advertising and marketing agencies but it seems that many around here have started hiring freezes.

I'm located in the greater NYC area. While I like this area, I'd be willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

I am also consulting for a couple of different agencies currently, providing web development and search engine optimization best practice services. Other consulting engagement are welcome as well.

Please feel free to PM me for a detailed resume.

Thanks!

Director of Risk Management

recently "downsized" from a manufacturing company, where I was Director of RM (as in insurance and operational risk, not financial risk mgt).

20 yrs experience, most with major insurers in Loss Control/Safety consulting, most recent 2.5 years in corporate RM.

I handled all insurance acquisitions and negotiations, oversaw corporate safety activities and training, handled small legal claims, and managed all insurance claims.

Based in Orange County, CA. Willing to travel, but not relocate.

Does anyone have any connections to Harvard Law School?

Hi all !

I plan to relocate to YVR and look for a position as travel manager or consultant for corporate business travel.

Currently self employed in business travel strategy consulting based in LAX & I would like to spend more time back in Vancouver, so I am willing to give this up for the right opportunity.

I hold an unrestricted Canadian Visa / Work Permit.

If anyone has a contact or somethings jumps in the eye please let me know ;)

Cheers,

If you're looking for a commission-only sales position, and have retail/restaurant/travel contacts, send me a PM--I can forward a job posting I received by email. I work as an independent contractor for the company, so I know they're reputable.

I search of an Amazing JOb

Name: Zoraida
Profession: Don't have one.. but a major in Psychology minor in sociology and an associates in Social Work
DOB I'm 21
Home City:Brownsville, TX

Truth be told, I was just doing a search on Google and ended up here. I just graduated and realized that even though I love my career pathway, I love traveling even more. I want a job that will allow me to travel all over the world, I've thought of the peace core, but I don’t know how I'm feeling about the pay; I have bills to pay too. I don’t have anything holding me down, I’m a hard worker, quick learner, bilingual (English and Spanish), great social skills, and independent. Anyone have any suggestions out there, or any jobs for that matter.
