There is indeed a branch of No Signboard (sits out over the water) near the stadium. mjm's web page, however, indicates the dinner is at the Geylang branch.

Thanks to GK above, I managed to give a call to the Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped. They did do a stint at the airport sometime back and the reviews they got were great. However, their massages are limited to only Foot reflexology and Head & Shoulder massages and they cost $10 per 20 mins...

If we can have a relatively firm number, I could make the reservation for us and if the group going for massages is less than 4, I could even drive us there since it is located in the suburb of Toa Payoh...

On the flight front, I have ticketed myself on the party flight but am still waitlisted for Business from HKG to SIN, so if someone can do some magic and get me confirmed, that'll be great!

Ok... See you guys soon!

Gaz

I might be interested.....I actually work at a school for the visually impaired, and a few of my seniors are are going on to massage therapy school when they graduate. The professional in me would go for benchmarking what they do and how they get their students involved...while the rest of me would just enjoy the treatment(s) .

Ok gang,

I think I have the webpages updated correctly now. Have a look and let me know if and what is missing or inaccurate and I will get to it straight away.

We are 49 strong for dinner at this stage and I am about to call the restaurant to boost our currently confirmed party size of 40 to the half century mark. Wow! ^

Talk to you soon,

Mike

Lightbulb Cab Shares/Rides from Sheraton for Sat. aft., Sun....

Anyone else at Sheraton want to catch a cab from there instead of going to the Conrad first?

Anyone else at the Sheraton want to also do a similar cab-sharing for the Saturday afternoon lunch as well? (Not sure how far/close Little India is from the Sheraton) and/or , well, the Sunday lunch too while we're at it ??

I am going to bring 3 coupons to give away that allow you to upgrade to a suite at the Royal Orchid Sheraton in Bangkok. They expire the end of March. If you can use then, let me know during the weekend.

2004 UA SWU for your later date Region One upgrade

My friend who is flying with us to SIN from SFO via HKG has a UA SWU which expires EOM January 2005. He does not have a use for it. If you are interested in using this for your return from SIN on Monday morning and would like to spot him down the line for a UA Region One upgrade please advise me via FT PM. Please be advised. With regret our upgrades have not cleared outbound or inbound so we may be using points to fly One World or Star Alliance. So this exchange will be confirmed asap. Thanks

God Help Me

I'm in.

I arrive at 7pm Saturday, so I'll have to cab it to dinner. Someone please save me a seat.

Depart late Monday.

Will probably Priceline something as the Conrad and Sheraton look $pendy.

Well now this is a pleasant surprise!

I shall indeed be pleased to save you one of the 50 seats we have booked at the restaurant.

And your post is very timely as I was just about to go do a few minor revisions to the website.

Welcome aboard professor!

Pages updated now.

Reservation set at 50 at the restaurant at the moment.

The restaurant for Saturday night "No Signboard" said 7pm is best for them so what I would like to do is ask everybody to be there by that time or at the Conrad by 6:30 for ride sharing via small-van/mini-bus (same cost or better than taxi the past two years).

I am assuming that for people arriving slightly late that there will be plenty of time between ordering starters and the main feast to make this a non-issue vis a vis enjoying dinner, but would still like to ask everyone to shoot for the 7pm rendezvous at the restaurant or the 6:30 rendezvous at the Conrad.

Please use the e-mail/phone/smoke signal buddy system and help me ensure that whoever does not check the website or thread between now and "crab Time" gets this news.

Talk to you all soon,

Mike

On the website mike provided is a link to the restaurant - select our branches than geylang and they have a road map, address, etc if you want to print that out.
