As we're sitting here poolside at the Sheraton finishing off some adult beverages and getting ready to dive in with Spiff's rubber ducky.....where is the 2006 SIN thread??? I could have swore I saw one earlier today or at least it was being talked about.

Thanks mjm for setting this up. See ya in a couple hours.

P.S. Where is Sean?

Well some people slept last night (okay, just for a few hours) ... but me, I just need to stay awake for another hour until I'm comfy in that C seat with my name on it so I can pass out for a few hours.

Well ... SQ couldn't check me in this early, because they haven't yet
opened the special security line for US travel ... so here I am in some
deserted corridor above T2 where I've found a hotspot (not a freebie,
but what can you do) ...

Sorry to miss everyone at the SATS lounge, but it was fun greeting
everyone at the UA C line. Hope you don't get extra security for
associating with a lowlife like me.

Thanks to mjm, miles4all, sailaway75, Kiwiflyer, and all who helped
make this a weekend to remember (pretty much everyone, I'd say).

See you all next year if not earlier.

ML

solo at nrt

Well, my flight arrived on time at NRT and I am just loitering around the Signet Lounge. Kinda bummed that I left a tad early before the 5am allnighter crew.. but if my JFK flight is oversold, I will be sure to happily bump to an afternoon departure !..

Had a wonderful time as usual and look forward to seeing you guys soon (as well as meeting new FTers!). ---glen

I'm currently at Changi, my stuff is upstairs in the SQ Raffles lounge, and I am using the 'free PC's' on the main level, so if anyone is around just let me know. I'll echo everyones sentiment and say ....as usual, a great time was had by all!. ^ Thanks so much to all who organized this event, and hope to see everyone real soon.

The UA SIN-NRT-xxx contingent has safely arrived at the RCC. We had 11 FTers on our flight - mjm, cawhite, bseller, wireless, kluau88, GoingAway, WBDG, restlessinRNO, seanthepilot, Indo79 and me. Sean slummed in biz for 5 minutes near the end, mjm refused to sit in the mini-cabin, and a good time was had by all.

mjm has peeled off; he is home - and the rest of us fan out across the UA globe to BKK, SFO, LAX, ORD and JFK.
