On the 2X points for hotels, I just want to make sure.

You only get 2X points if you book and pay directly with the hotel, not through booking.com or Expedia or some third-party booking service?

"for hotel accommodations when purchased directly with the hotel."

Plus? Bold? Other?

Sorry if this has been talked about before. What is Ink Plus? Is it the same as the other Ink? Between my wife and I we have a few Ink cards but none of them say anything about Plus (or Bold) on them. Nor do the paper bills. How do I know if I have Ink Plus already?

I had applied for this card back in May 2014 and was denied (after speaking to two credit analysts at Chase) due to having too many cards open with Chase. I have since closed most accounts and only have 3 open with them. Is it too early to try to attempt to apply for this card again?

What's the number to call if I applied online and it said my application needs further review?

Existing Chase cards: SW personal 20K credit line, Explorer 30K, SW business 17K all opened in the last year. Wife opened Ink card in the name of our business in June. Applied for an Ink for me using same business Wed. October 8th and got the pending message. Called on Monday Oct. 13, had to answer questions about revenue, profit, # of employees, why do I need Ink when I already have SW biz card, etc. Was told analyst had to submit for approval due to existing credit with Chase (not sure if personal and biz combined or biz only), should be approved 24-48 hours. Automated line finally changed to approved Wed afternoon the 15th. Only a 5K line, but OK by me. Looking forward to 70K UR points. Annual fee coming up on both SW cards next month, will cancel both then. Love Chase doling out the points/miles.

I have an Ink Plus for 2 Months already (applied at the branch). Now, how to refer and get referral bonuses? Is there a link or place? Or it's completely targeted?
