I can log in (and it remembers I'm in HK, that's a good start). But when I click manage my booking I also have to reinput the username and PIN, that's just silly. And when I do put them in I get told the site isn't responding and I should contact online support (which doesn't seem to be support at all, just a feedback form to lodge notice of an error). Clear cookies etc and try again. Same response. Nice look, shame about the important bits such as the functionality...

harder to manage multiple bookings. Lost of "previous" and "next" booking links. In fact, there's no link at all to help you go back. You literally need to click your browser's "back" button, which is in itself a security risk.
Your seat assignment is not at the page that pulls up your booking. You literally need to do an additional step of clicking that particular flight, and then click seats. Since seat assignment is probably the most basic and one of the most used function on the website, I'm surprised they made it harder for a user to change seats and not easier.
Anyway, other people have mentioned other changes and disappointments. Looks like this is indeed a cosmetic change and not a real functionality upgrade.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_1_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B206 Safari/7534.48.3)
You can retrieve your 10 upcoming bookings via cx mobile app, just can't alter them like add/change advance seat allocation or enter APIS.

How to login with Asia Miles.
If I click on "Redeem your Asia Miles" it takes me to a page that asks me to login with my Marco Polo Club membership id/password. If I enter my Asia Miles id/password I get an error stating that only MPC members can log in from this page. In the old web site I could login with Asia Miles. How do I go about doing this on the new web site?
<edit>
Never mind... found it. Under "book a trip" rather than "frequent flyers" you can select redeem flights and log in with asia miles.
</edit>
Thanks
DAK
