BA also has passbook integration as well - as part of an iOS app that's a real app, not a useless website wrapper like CX Mobile.

The present one is a joke... Its just a full screen of CX.com without any mobile phone friendly alternation

I have little faith in airline website refreshes. Well we have ba.com to look up availability if we need it. I use a TA when I need to book a revenue ticket anyway.

Simplicity is the trick for websites, not clutter the front page with bunch of information. CX preview pics seems to be going backwards... CX should really rethink who their current IT carrier are, because they are messing every and all things up for CX.

Anyone else noticing that the existing website seems to be in a state of collapse now, perhaps ahead of the refresh? Suddenly, big chunks of it don't display correctly and it takes forever to load (this is over several days, and on a couple different computers, so I don't think it's just me).

Reverted to just calling MPC to sort out my travel plans

By the look of these few screen shots of the new website, I do not see it being more cluttered than the existing one. The current website has lots of icons and links, especially at the bottom half of the front page where promotions and announcements are displayed. It looks improved in this aspect.
What I also like about the new front page (based on what I can see now) is that one can access manage booking directly w/o the need to click on any links. Less navigation is better.
Also like the branding image more standing out in the middle. Just hope that the images will not be overpowering like EK, NZ or QR.
