If the Presidential Proclamation on the US side is not lifted within the next 3-4 weeks, I think that this flight has a 95%+ chance of being cancelled.
By the way, AA also cancelled CLT-FRA for the remainder of the summer season thus your best option would be to rerouted through DFW.

Equally unsurprisingly, the daily A380 rotation to JNB is in the process of being cancelled (BA55/BA56).
I'm waiting to see the news of real interest, though: how many passenger flights a week BA will actually plan to operate. I find it hard to believe that there will be a daily BA57/BA54.

BA216/217 (the early IAD rotation) was canceled today in August (at least the second week). Called in got moved no problem to the other rotation and moved my beyond LHR connections.

My Aug 15 BA178 connecting to JNB has been cancelled, as I actually anticipated. Working with my tour operator to see if BA will reroute on another carrier or refund. I am so fed up with BA on so many levels (and not just COVID, much of which was out of their hands) that I would honestly rather book EWR-JNB on UA for convenience sake, and connect from JNB to LUN, which was the plan with BA. BTW, I flew the JNB-EWR trip on UA June 30. Miserable flight. No special meals and the so-called meal they served in J was comparable to a discount carrier. The Polaris seats should be a violation of the Geneva Convention. Flight was virtually full.

we are in Canada trying to come home. Our YVR-LHR flight on 25/08 is now cancelled. Looks like only option is to go back to Toronto and go from there.

They just whacked our return on LHR-SAN on 8/8 after already having killed the outbound on 7/15. Was able to get AMEX to rebook us on AA via DFW (trip is RT CDG), now for the second time.
No email from BA or AMEX either time, so watch bookings like a hawk.
