That is disappointing- we will just have to 'make do' with the upgraded menu

Well as some good karma, EF just showed me 62A now available for my return so that's at least all sorted.

God we're a sad bunch at times.....

Well our WW fleet manager still thinks everything is ready for our CW enhancements for the 1st September but as predicted it now states in our Up to Speed August edition the new White Company bed linen will not be launched until 23rd October and this is due to the colour issue of the blanket.

The conservative estimate sounds the more plausible. Especially if that is being communicated internally presumably...

Some interesting pics of a Transforming Club World training session have been posted by a BA cabin crew on Twitter. See https://twitter.com/flybyday63

Club World will only be transformed when there is a new seat, unfortunately. Some new crockery and blankets is not transformation.

Not a transformation, but certainly a big improvement. It's not just crockery and blankets, there are improvements in the catering too, no bland food such as that served on another airline often lauded here. Having experienced the new product, it is a great improvement on the current offering.

The new seat is coming. Due to the 11th hour change of plan, it will now be be able to be rolled out more quickly than the previous design apparently, which is good news for everyone.

Agree - an improvement versus current soft product offering. I will be unlikely to try it since I do not need any service on a short CW UD JFK/BOS-LHR sector.

I do hope that the Sleeper Services are not impacted with rolling crockery stands up the aisles (can't say I notice the current offering on Sleeper Services).
