G_CIVV, that is very nearly insane but I am hugely jealous! I once did LHR-SIN-MNL-PPS (a little under 24 hours for a wedding) PPS-MNL-SIN-LHR

I couldn't do that in J or F even if someone paid me to do it.
Good luck. ^

The furthest I've done for a same day return is IST in 2013 (before things took a turn for the worse security-wise).
I recently (January) went to HNL for 2 nights, although the whole trip was 6 nights away:

Long time ago, flew PAN AM from Dammam to JFK and then DCA to attend my son birthday and flew back less than 48 hours later. It was worth it.

LHR to MEX and back the following day.
What about LHR to HKG on BA, HKG to SFO on CX, LAX to NRT on JL and finally NRT to LHR on BA. Over five days. All in F. There is a USA domestic there too but in Y. Made me realise why JL is the best F available.

I did GLA-LHR-JFK return with 20 hours in NYC, earlier this year. I had to pick up a birthday present on route.
Next month I am doing GLA-LHR-IAH on the Friday and home on the Sunday AUS-LHR-GLA. I am seeing a band in Houston on the Friday night, then driving to Austin for another one of their gigs on the Saturday night.
I have the added bonus on hitting Gold for the first time on the trip.

LHR-BKK twice for a weekend in Y, once on BA and once on TG.
Last year, two more weekends in Thailand but on BA CW ex-EU from AMS, one coming back through HKG and other through KUL. But these also included a DMK-SNO-DMK (Sakhon Nakhon) and a Saturday night in Isaan! So it was leaving LHR on a Thursday and back in LHR on Tuesday LHR-AMS-LHR-BKK/DMK-SNO-DMK/BKK-KUL-LHR-AMS-LHR.
Also in Isaan needed to drive 1.5hrs from/to SNO.

Flew to Singapore for about 18 hours for a quick getaway from New York. Routing was a bit insane though. JFK-SFO-ICN-SIN-CMB-AUH-JFK all in J/F thankfully. Travel time took longer then the actual time spent in SIN. Left on a Friday morning and back Monday afternoon.

You should start a thread and post the updates as you travel - I would read it .
