Mileage run, 3 days in Madrid but the route was LHR-ORY-LHR-SIN-SYD-SIN-LHR-MAD :-)
Non mileage run, LHR-JFK for 18 hours or so for a party. MEL for 72hours or so for the GP

Believe it or not - none !
I was having my normal 'egg, bacon bubble etc' in one of my regular greasy spoon establishments and it just came to me
I did the drinking afterwards...flights booked and air bnb gave me a moments panic the 'what have I done' moment

LHR-ICN for just over 48 hours - the FT outing for the £777 fare. Upgraded to F on return (opup)
Did LHR-ORD for just over 24 hours for work (opup'd to F when entering lounge - my first First!)
I debated CPT for an Irish rugby match over a weekend last summer but chickened out in the end

Kudos to everyone, there are some interesting and crazy routes in a short turn a round ^
I've done a few MR's with a few hours or overnight stops
Liv-Ams-Lhr-Jfk-Gru-Dfw-Lhr-Man (10 hours stop in Gru)
Man-Phl-Mia-Mex-Clt-Lhr-Man (4 hours in Mex)
A couple of ex EU runs to Sfo.

Considering PHX-MSP-AMS-TXL for a total of 4 nights in Berlin. That's 11,600 r/t miles.
PHX-PDX is not far, but it was one night (supposed to be two nights, then IIROPS delayed our flight)

I'm planning to book a 4-day or 5-day round trip from JFK-HKG sometime next year on Cathay first class. I get bored in cities after a few days, and there's not much else in the vicinity that I want to see, so I think I'll just go there and back.

Weekend in Sydney for Mardi Gras, 1993.
Left London lunchtime Thursday, arrived Sydney Friday evening. Mardi Gras Saturday, party Saturday night (Kylie live on stage!), chill outs and recovery parties on Sunday, left Sunday evening, back in London Monday, work Tuesday. In economy class.
Took me two weeks to recover.
