I've flown TATL to London for lunch a couple times. Furthest was only ORD, though.

Did weekends in NYC regularly for about three years (10x per year). Usually preceded by an LHR-DUB-LHR on the Thursday night. Now shortly will drop from Gold and won't miss it.

Nothing like the real long flights posted so far but in the midst of a horrible Toronto winter I saw Munich was having some bizarre 15C sunny weather in early March. Lufthansa had F award availability to FRA so I left on a Friday night returned on the Monday morning and spent a lovely Saturday and Sunday sitting in the biergartens that opened up. It was worth every penny

Some reason this was posted in BA forum, even though It's not a BA topic but one time to BOS-IAD-KWI-BAH and back over 3 day weekend. Same with DXB and many other places. Not counting tons of same day US transcon turns for Mileage run

TPA-MIA-JFK-YVR-YYJ and back for 48 hours last month to help out our daughter. Enjoyed the short Harbour Air seaplane sectors almost as much as the CX JFK-YVR-JFK sectors.

CGK-DPS-DOH-BOS-MIA-BGI and return for four days in Barbados. Yes, totally worth it.

Smile DEN-SIN-DEN

Have left DEN on a Friday morning, landed in SIN Saturday night (SIN time), 6 hours in the transit hotel and the very fun T3, and right back to DEN Sunday morning arriving DEN Sunday night. Done it many times. I must admit it used to have more "purpose" when one could accumulate 35,000 MileagePlus miles in a weekend.

LAX-DOH (overnight in DOH)
DOH-SIN10am departure

Arrive SIN 9-10pm
Depart SIN for HKG 6am

Arrive HKG 9am ; Stay in HKG 24 hours

Depart HKG 9:30 for BKK
Arrive BKK around noon, depart 1:30 pm for LHR

Overnight in LHR,
Next morning 1:30pm depart for Stockholm.

Next day, 10am depart Stockholm for LAX.

All in biz for no other reason than to burn miles. Flew QR, United, Thai, SAS. SAS was the best J class product hands down!

LAX-LHR-LAX for Saturday football match at St Mary's (Southampton) and Sunday match at Stamford Bridge (London). Left Thursday evening, returned Monday morning. Seven weeks after 9/11 with return fare of $300 and double miles!
