Its interesting to see what is currently used on the DEL-LHR route.

I do wonder what two travel classes compacted in an area smaller than the 777 F cabin on the 789 will feel like.... I can imagine a lot of galley/trolley traffic through the tiny F.

On a slight OTish note does anyone know when the first refurbished super J 747 is due to make its debut, I saw G-CIVF taxi past T5 Starbucks last weekend and vaguely remember it being mentioned on here as the first to be retrofitted aircraft...

I see they're now advertising it on the website, but the seat maps/pictures of the new F cabin have not been released (or have I missed something?). I know the seat map is on expert flyer, but nothing on ba.com.

Well there we go - I clearly can't use the BA site. Thanks, KARFA!

You may not be able to find it on the site, it is there but it is hidden! I managed to find it though.

Yes, as noted if you go to the fleet facts page www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/about-ba/fleet-facts only the 787-8 is shown. The specific 787-8 page is this http://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/...ts/boeing787-8 and there is no link to the 787-9 page. However, if you modify the end of the URL from "787-8" to "787-9" the hidden 787-9 page appears and the seat map is linked to under the "Seating Plans" section.

The 787-9 seat map can be found directly from BA.com:

Information->Flight Information->Explore Our Newest Aircraft->787

This lists both the 787-8 and 787-9 seat maps.

The F seats in that seat map don't appear to have any more space or be any more private than the current F seats (or indeed J seats on most competitors).
