I like last minute bookings as I choose weekend destinations based on weather forecast. Wouldn't want to buy tickets weeks/days before and then learn weather will be poor.

Anyone recently used this fare for Geneva? I thought about going to Geneva Motor Show but can't see any cheap tickets for show weekends or any other weekends.

I love these deals.
However they are G class so will have Avios culled, and I will resent paying £20-£30 extra on a genuine day trip why I don't even have hand luggage (!) just to ensure I don't end up in 57E or what not.

I found return flights to GVA for a Sunday day trip last May for £78 which I booked at 11:55pm on Saturday before a 9:30am departure the next morning. Until I found those flights, my plan was just to go to Thorpe Park for the day...

BA Day Trip Fares

Hi,

Last year BA introduced day trip fares to a number of shorthaul destinations.

I'm looking to book one... are they still available? How do you find them?

Thanks

How could I use this to find Day Trip fares, the shortest trip duration is '1 night'?

Good to see these still proving popular. Certainly trumps most people when you get asked the question, 'so what did you get up to this weekend?'...
