Was at BCN yesterday, travelling in ET but with Gold card. Fast Track at Security said no, then another person said you needed a voucher, which I could get from check-in.

So, despite having a mobile boarding pass, I had to get a little bit of paper from the BA desk, after which I was allowed Fast Track. Presumably it's all for accounting purposes, but kind of devalues the mobile boarding pass if you need to go to check-in to get the chitty.......

Talking of which.... could not the BA Mobile App tell you where the lounge is. At BCN it's after Shengen security, which isn't obvious (but if you were at check-in you would ask).

Today at Berlin for the 12:40 flight to LHR:

Fast Track check-in: Yes although it doesn't make much difference as you all join the same security queue at the gate (well, did get seen straight away which did avoid the 10 or so in the other queue).

Fast Track boarding: CE, Gold etc passengers were called to the left hand side for fast track boarding yet everyone else on the right hand side boarded at exactly the same time.

Adding some data points:
VIE - neither priority security nor boarding. They do occasionally call "British Airways Platinum, Gold and Silver frequent fliers" (sic!) but this is IME never enforced and the layout of the gate area means it's impossible to get through the masses who have been standing there since before the inbound even landed.
ZRH - both priority security (lane only says "First/Business" but I've never been challenged flying in ET with status) and boarding (usually separate lines at least initially).

TXL is really a hit and miss game. It's due to the fact that the airport was designed for a fraction of the number of people that go through it. You can't beat the door-to-taxi time anywhere though!

Well I'm not sure. Last time I did TXL it was a fair old yomp down through the terminal to the queue, and there was a queue.

Compared to leaving a domestic flight (VS or BA) at MAN (which doesn't have a queue), there's not much in it.

Tried Fast Track at BUD security checkpoint today and was told "British Airways won't pay us for it, it's not our fault, go to the lane to your left"

Note: They did do priority boarding at BUD yesterday. They had three lines, one for low row numbers in Y, one for higher numbers, then one for Priority Boarding. Agents came and checked everyone while we were lined up and then they had Priority Boarding and the high Y row numbers board simultaneously, one line per agent.

re. BOM - Mumbai (Bombay) Boarding: Yes. Security: No

Last time I flew BA ex BOM (Dec '13) there was a fast lane at security. And a very quick one at that.

IOM and LCY

I know it's a bit specialist, with the one flight a day (moves to 3 on 31st March) but there is no priority security or boarding in the IOM.

It was the first time I have seen priority boarding at LCY this afternoon for the ZRH flight - which was nice.

Regards,

Just to add a data point:

IST: Received a fast track immigration card at check-in even though I was a Silver in ET. Priority boarding present, but relatively chaotic.

Another one for the list;

TLS - Toulouse Boarding: Yes. Security: Yes - I have also seen them enforcing priority boarding and turning chancers away at the gate, so it works pretty well.

LHR T5 Fast track scanners accepted my other half (BA Blue) on an ET ticket last Friday. I'm currently Bronze so also not entitled to it. I only went to it because I have Marco Polo Gold (which wasn't linked to my booking)

The scanners accept every ticket. There is no check of eligibility anywhere.
