Chrome: Error on logging in
Firefox: The top menu buttons won't click
Works fine in Internet Explorer at the moment. It's been like this for a few months for me - amazing that BA's website can essentially be down for 30%+ of its customers for months.

That's odd. I'm a Firefox user and haven't had any issues with the top menu buttons. Or indeed any aspect of the website that I can recall.
I'm not challenging your experience, by the way, but it's clearly not a generic FF problem.

I just bought a new ultrabook with Windows 8 and touchscreen.
I can only touch the buttons at the top (Executive Club, Flights & Holidays, etc.). Very annoying.
Chrome running.

I am becoming used to not being able to do 'stuff' like sign in, change details or even research prices on BA.com, as I have a choice of browser I normally just try again using a different one.
One browser seems not to better than any other, it is totally random...ie seems to be a little better but is so clunky and slow it's my final choice !
It is not a surprise when I am 'errorred' ( is that even a word? ), I resign myself to another browsing session......
Funny how I only get a website satisfaction survey when everything goes right first time

Not an issue with the website but I have just logged in and MMB is completely different!
Is this new or have I just not been paying attention?
It has lost the rounded edges and is now very square boxes and a lot more blue than grey!

It looks like MMB for the tablet generation: an exercise in how to make ever less efficient use of screen real estate.

And I find it a lot less user friendly, (especially the lack of POUG on a booking I had hoped for!)
I can't see how this is optimised for tablets as it is so much bigger.

Great spot. Will have to give it a try, as I now literally only use Internet Explorer for ba.com. Shame I still can't use Chrome due to the error during login issues.

I've been having that problem with Chrome. Just cleared my browsing data and it's started working again
