It is pretty clear, unless you are travelling QF First or are QF Platinum One, then you will only have access to the OneWorld QF/BA Lounge (and any other OW lounge like CX).

Interesting. I always thought that Skyview was a dnata (the ground handler) lounge that Cathay, among other carriers, used on a contract basis, and that therefore was not a lounge open to oneworld members.

I was correct that it's a contract lounge: http://www.dnata.sg/passenger.html (read next to last paragraph).

I did learn that it qualifies for oneworld access even though it's a contract lounge (it's listed in http://www.oneworld.com/ffp/lounge-access/)

QF F and QF WP P1 members are allowed to use the EK lounge only AFAIK.

As I said I was there one week ago and I was told the only option was the BA-QF Business lounge.

....
Qantas Club and Jetstar Business Max passengers will be able to use the Rainforest Lounge
Level 3, Departure Transit Area
Turn left after immigration & take the first escalator in front of Gate C1 to Level 3
Open 24 hours
I used this lounge in January to have a shower in as a non-status passenger. Cost SGD$8.50 or so. The shower cubicles are tiny. I was travelling in PE and had 2 carry on bags and it was a tight squeeze. It's a mixed sex room so you can't come out into the central area to dry off as you would in a single sex room. The standard of cleanliness reminded me of my youth hosteling days...

I didn't partake in any of the food. Probably could have, but just sat in the lounge for a bit to repack my bags. Definitely not the same standard of any normal airline lounge I've been in, but better than sitting around the gate areas to board - particularly if you're waiting to get onto an A380.

QF have updated the lounge access, that lounge is no longer available:

Qantas Club members will be able to use the Skyview Lounge
Level 3, Departure Transit Area
Turn right after immigration and take the escalator near Gate D30.

My next visit to SIN is some way off, so I hope that BA will make suitable arrangements for its F and GCHs at SIN in due course. With the T5 departure (including CCR), and the 777 with NF, surely they will not let SIN be the weak link for the SYD passengers or those arriving and departing from SIN?

Re the CX lounge, the review is dated now, but sounds a little more impressive?
