Signing out & back in the first time didn't work for me, but restarted my phone and signed back in - all good now.

Small thing but on the Android app - last weeks (?months) the boarding pass doesn't display BA status. Where it is used to be near the top is just blank.
(There was already a disadvantage compared to the iOS app which clearly displays status by colour). I should probably just be grateful that I can get my BP. |
After deleting my iPad BA App, encouraged by the postings here, I have just reinstalled it. So far so good at quick glance. Will try and do more with it tomorrow. Fingers crossed it stands up to my user testing! ;)

Happy to report that iOS app Account Details tab is finally working again after over a month of “Something Went wrong”.
not sure if many have done so, but I did raise a ticket through the webpage and I had a follow up email few weeks ago asking me directly to confirm the problem and send in screen shots, I am guessing this may have been in part used to finalise the fix by the BA IT team. |
Opens new app, checks if stop-over / multi-city bookings are possible yet, just for a laugh. Haha! Yep, not possible.
(I know I can potentially do it on the website, but that has a long-standing ssue that it only shows the first 6 flights for any leg.) |
I contacted BA when the issue with account details first arose, just received a response. Ironic that it has just been fixed 🤷🏻♂️

Android app check in. Boarding pass only option displayed is "download pdf", but when it says download complete, I cant locate where the boarding pass is....not in My Boarding passes and not in the phone's files/downloads!!
Anyone cracked the key to the secret door? As it stands I cant get boarding passes on my phone |
May be a one-off and coincidence, but after the latest update my boarding passes are not appearing on my locked iPhone screen (for a couple of flights this morning). Usually appears about 3 hours before a flight. Anyone else had this issue?
I hope we eventually get dynamic boarding cards eventually (I think AA have these) so that your boarding gate appears on your pass once available. |
