Mine is a November renewal date and is broken. I reached 600 points about three months ago so it’s not related to that either.

no: my wife’s account is not a June renewal, and she consistently gets “something went wrong”.

it seems to be account-related, as logging her into my phone gives the error, while mine consistently works.

One difference is that she is gold (in her own right, not gifted), passed the renewal threshold early April, as opposed to my GGL.

Jan renewal date but achieved Gold in May. Still getting “something went wrong”.

iPhone app not showing account
 
My partner has now been elevated to the dizzy ranks of Silver following our TPR (yes I know it's only Silver and we'll never get to experience the CCR, but we are happy). However, he needs to be able to show his Silver card for his next trip next week on AA, as it may not have pulled through from the BA system to the AA one in time. And on the iPhone app when he cilcks on My Account it firstly gives him a message which tells him the Tier Points year has changed, then he dismisses that and it says "`Sorry something has gone wrong". He has tried uninstalling and installing the app again, no change.

If he tries logging into BA.com on a browser on the iPhone, as soon as he logs in he gets an error with some sort ot technical problem (Stack overflow? Something like that).

Any ideas on how he can get his card on his iPhone?

Actually it might be a wider issue... I've just logged into the desktop site and my account is missing from that, too - the usual gold 'account' bar that pops up isn't there and any attempt to find it results in a return to the login page.

May have to go onto the browser and full website version of BA.com from pad / laptop / phone if this is still down

He tried that, it's not working either, as soon as he logs in he gets an error message. He can log in on a laptop and I can log him in on Android, so I think the only answer is to take a screenshot of the card and he can show the image, I guess the barcode will help. And if all else fails, get his laptop out and show them.

Nice to think that someone is the IT director of IAG and probably earns an eyewatering salary to preside over this nonsense.

When he logs in on Safari on his iPhone he gets a blank screen with "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference 30.10.1cc.17 and then a whole lot of other IT stuff, it's like the site is crashing.

Yes, mine started doing this as soon as I passed the 1500 TP threshold and was promoted to Gold.
Maybe the app can't cope with the discrepancy between the different card expiry dates under the new and old collection years. An update was made which has confused the app for anyone who was recently promoted and has a card expiry date based on the 'old' system.

It's only the iphone app that is having this problem though. I'm Android and in exactly the same situation recently promoted and my app is working fine.
