New flight disruption alert icon on Android app? No functionality - doesn't highlight which flight is affected, in fact I cannot see any flight that has changed - so seems to be pretty useless... Anyone found it helpful? What am I missing?

I've been seeing a large number of app updates over the past 24 hrs (significantly more than normal) so not sure what's driving them. I have the latest version of the BA app and even deleted and reinstalled still showing the error which it's done since the update of the app. I'm sure it will right itself either with an app update or an invisible server-side tweak.

My account overview screen has been like this for some days now. I’ve tried logging in/ out etc but nothing clears it. Am I alone with this issue?

Not alone. I have this exact same issue, and it only started after the last app update.

Seems to be an issue for a few people

I have the same issue - to prompt a speedier resolution it may be worth clicking the App Feedback section within the app menu to report the issue directly to BA.

Updated yesterday and get this every time I open the Android app, even after clicking on "dismiss"

Quick question. I have not been able to access “my account” on my phone app. I have logged out, deleted then reinstated the app etc.

Anyone had the same experience. Thank you.

Yes I’m having exactly the same issue. Tried all combinations of deleting / hard restarting phone and logging in and out

Account details still not working for me, have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Strangely it is working on my wife’s app. Has anyone found a fix?

Apparently I need 80TP to get back to gold ;)

on iOS there seems to have been a slight font update to the my account page which means I can’t retain membership, but I can retain “member”. Anyone else getting something similar??
