Wow, I couldnt disagree more, just had a new Tahoe Premier for a month and in no way was it better than the Expedition I drove for 6 wks. Including MPG. I cant figure out how they sell a single one. It was not fun to drive at all.

Is there any difficulty getting upgrades in Orlando with European PC status? Are upgrades given on rentals of 20 days? In Europe there's a 14 day rental limit to get an upgrade.

I may be wrong but generally you only get an upgrade on cars. Midsize is upgraded to full size, and I think full size to premium is the maximum. Since you booked W that's what you're likely to get.

Just on a side note Folks. I am looking to get and book SiriusXM on my rental so would it be true to say that vehicles with SiriusXM in them would be of a higher trim and spec as apposed to vehicles without it?
Thanks in advance.

Nearly all cars have it, you just (usually) have to pay a per-diem to get it active.

Didn't know where to put this but thought it was worth sharing. While walking through the lot at Avis DCA I saw a Lincoln Continental. Very interesting as I've never seen one offered by any rental agency.
I also saw a Lincoln MKT, those seem to be rare too.

Avis Preferred
Booked a compact.
Received a SUBcompact. No choice of car offered.
1-day rental on a weekend from a small airport.
First time renting from Avis.
Not a good start.

Reserved Full Size SUV with Pay Now
One way from MSY (New Orleans Airport) to PNS (Pensacola)

What are the chances I’ll actually get a Tahoe? Oddly enough the price going one way was half the price of going back to MSY.

DEN Airport
Full-Size (pay later)
July 4 - July 8 (4 days)
Assigned car: Chevy Malibu
I exchanged for the Kia Forte (Intermediate), since it had a bigger screen. The Malibu seemed pretty bare bones.
