Cancellation data point:
You can only get free cancellation either 48 hours in advance or departure OR 24 hours after original departure (after you no-show). A call is required. The $25 booking fee is retained by Avianca. I asked the agent 3 times if I had it correct, that I will need to no-show the flight on the partner carrier (UA) then call 24 hours after departure. Makes me extremely nervous, but that's Avianca for you! I'm going to call and ask a different agent, but that seems extremely wild. On a different note, my 10% rebate has been posting reliably. I also had Lite plan for one month, upgraded to Basic for the second month, which became effective on the next calendar day, when I was billed the new annual fee. My 6-month counter reset to 1. |

Is anyone with LM+ seeing a new pricing model which reflects 10% fewer miles on partner redemptions? Looking at LOT options to Europe and seeing a 10% reduction with my LM+ membership.

New for me as I have been member for 4 months and this is first I have seen. I have only received 10% points rebate with prior partner bookings. Now, LM is showing 10% lower on redemption.

I am not seeing mixed cabin pricing as a LM+ member. Mixed cabin awards are now cheaper without a LM+ subscription.

For anyone who got the Cardless Lifemiles Elite card and upgraded from the free lifemiles+ Lite plan to a paid plan (Basic/Pro/Max), are you able to change back to the Lite plan immediately or are you required to stay on the upgraded plan for a minimum of 6 months? Thanks.
