They offered me a lousy 20K points for $10k spend. I accepted at the time, but have since then decided to put my spend elsewhere.
I assume it’s no harm if I don’t meet that amount, but want to confirm that they’re not tracking / will hold against me

There may not be anything to claw back but - given AMEX's recent track record - terminating the card after agreeing to keep it for another year may result in pop-up hell. (No data to support this. It's an opinion.)

Good point -- AmEx may be unaware that the OP is de-facto rejecting the agreement. One option would be to call Membership Consulting and let them know (e.g. "I've decided to keep the card for now, but want to reject the "Offer"). AmEx would then remove it from the account, or might even offer something else.

Asked if there were any offers with lower spend, was offered immediate 5k MR plus 15k MR after $15k spend. Took the 30k MR offer (no plans to meet the additional $40k spend offer).

Spend per year ~32K on this card, hit the MQM bonus and it goes away.
Called Friday(1/8) and told no offers, called again today(1/11) and told I had no offers after stating I was looking into downgrading and the minimal points earning on the card. Keeping for 1 more year and going to see how it plays out. Have Personal Amex Platinum so many of the added benefits are already covered.
Was told to be on the lookout as "things are always changing" in regards to points earning.
Spend per year ~32K on this card, hit the MQM bonus and it goes away.

Gold Delta Skymiles
Called today and was cancelled by IVR system with no human interaction. I got an offer last year so I knew no offer was coming. Very little spend (a few hundred all on DL purchases) last year. I have Amex Gold card so bonus categories offered by Amex on the Gold Delta Skymiles card are redundant.

No retention offer on a Bonvoy Brilliant. Probably going to wait until the anniversary 50K posts, and do a prorated downgrade.
