Is there any harm if I don’t end up meeting the spend requirements for a retention offer I signed up for?

They offered me a lousy 20K points for $10k spend. I accepted at the time, but have since then decided to put my spend elsewhere.

I assume it’s no harm if I don’t meet that amount, but want to confirm that they’re not tracking / will hold against me
