Here's what I had to do for 50k/1k:
Configure my TOR exit node to {US}
Enable JavaScript
Was offered 50k/1k on first try
Question: Is there a place you can visit in your on-line profile that documents the 50k/1k offer that was accepted?

Keep trying. I tried for an hour last night and couldn't get anything. It took me another hour or so today to finally get it to show up. I had the exit node set to the U.S. Not sure if it's necessary but I saw that others got it to show up this way. In the one hour I did it today I got the 50k/$3k once then finally got the 50k/$1k to show.

Just a data point - could not get the offer to appear at home using Chrome incognito mode, Firefox private browsing, or Safari private mode (or any of them in 'regular' browsing). However, It came up at work (VPN) with no issues without the use of a private browsing session.

I was logged in to my Amex account, non-incognito, and clicked on the credit card offers site because I was wanting to apply for the SPG Personal card. The PRG 50k/1k spend offer popped up. Was not planning on applying for it but since it was right there I decided what the hell... instant approval.
