I am only seeing 25,000 after $2k spend, despite using Chrome incognito. Any suggestions?

I had and closed a PRG card close to 3 years ago. Does anyone know if the new, more restrictive rules against getting a welcome bonus again apply retroactively?

Thanks!

They do. It appears that American Express customer service keeps live records for about seven years. This means that you might again become eligible for a new account bonus on this card 7-8 years after you closed the previous card.

Got the Delta Gold, SPG personal, PLT Biz and I'm an authorized user on a Personal PLT. Was planning to cancel the Delta Gold and get rid of my AU PLT personal card.

I am seeing this 50k offer when in incognito mode. Should I cancel those two first before applying?

Post #1 includes:

"Fine print says "If you are identified as a current or former American Express Card Member,
this offer may not be available to you" but in the past this hasn't been enforced I don't think."

I looked at most recent posts in this thread but still can't
discern if there is updated group opinion on enforcement
or not. I got & cancelled it more than 24mos ago but not
more than 5yrs ago. Bonus now or not???
50/50? No chance? Much better than 50/50?

Is there updated PRG wiki in another thread? Link?
Thanks in advance! ^ ^ ^

If by "it" you mean the Premier Rewards Gold card you are not eligible for another new account bonus. I suggest you read the entire Wikipost at the top of this thread:

Thanks for response!

At that other thread, I also read this, by you:
(reposting for all)

"The once-in-a-lifetime policy does not apply to Business cards. You only need to know if it has been at least 12 months since you closed the card account to be eligible for another new account bonus (unless the terms of your offer state otherwise)."

Premier Rewards Gold is a personal card, not a business card.

interested in applying.
I downgraded from a plat to PRG. would this prevent me from receiving the 50k bonus?

mess up worth secured message try?

Wifey approved via online application 4 days ago;
card arrived in 24 hrs;
she applied via link I emailed;
on my laptop it offered 50Kpts $1K spend;
unknown to me, on her laptop it was 25Kpts $2K &
discovered when verifying bonus by phone today;

yes, she got exactly what she applied for, but is secured message
requesting 50Kpt-$1K with PDF of apply screen worth try?
0% chance of getting better offer? 25%? 50/50? Or?
Is it "if you don't try..." or "too bad stop whining"??????
Or an alternative scheme to get better...?
if then but if ^ then
