DH met spend on 5/27, posted 5/29. No sign up bonus yet. Doesn't it usually post right away, as in like within 1 day of the transaction posting? He never had PRG before, only a green card cancelled about 1.5 years ago.

Not necessarily. The idea is that the smaller the purchase, the more likely it looks as an incidental fee, such as, a baggage fee. You will read of all amounts from $50 to $200 being reimbursed on the threads you mentioned.

You could also check to see if you have pre-qualified. After trying to get the link to work for about 30mins on two computer and two browsers I finally decided to check if I pre-qualified, and sure enough the 50,000 offer was there.
