Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

LAX-LAS and full PDB from LUS PHX crew and refills offered. Our FA was amazing and others noted too. Anyone with a cocktail in the air automatically got a glass of ice water too. Very professional and efficient.

02/27 AA2611 ORD-LAX A321 with On-Demand Video at each seat.

Tray of bottled water without ice offered throughout F cabin. Request for club soda with ice acknowledged with a nod, but never delivered.

While taxiing to the runway, FA taking meal orders realized that PDB request not fulfilled. She stopped, went to galley; provided the PDB with apology.

Service in the air was organized, intelligent and proactive. Earned the FA a $5 gift card. There's still some motivated and energetic employees on those planes that provide excellent service. ^

Very professional, indeed. It's always great to have the flight attendants who are enjoying their careers. Makes for a great flight.

3/3 AA 2384 ORD->BOS A321

Groundhog day in ORD, coats taken with no PDB offered.

NB: take care with the takeaway coffee cups from the AC; the plastic lid is terribly flimsy. Found this out the hard way, or better said: the wet way...

Sitting on 2559 at dtw. Flight attendant comes up and says “what can I get you after takeoff?”

Plenty of time. She is just talking away in the galley. Pure laziness.

I too find the amount of "push back" I give depends on the time of day. If it's after 17:00 on a Friday and no PDB is forthcoming, I'm asking for a PDB...

AA DCA-ORD 3/1 A tray with water and OJ. A very nice young guy whose courteous manner mostly made up for his service shortcomings.
