Yes it is. Many thanks for providing the link. Not sure why I couldn't find it. For a moment I feared that NZ had done away with the discounted business class awards. Thanks again.

I am unable to cancel one of my bookings in MyAirNZ or the Air NZ website. Anyone else having a similar problem? It's one I booked myself on the AirNZ website with my credit card.

The information you have entered does not match an existing booking.
Please check the details and re-submit or call 0800 737 000 for assistance.

Sometimes get that when there has been a schedule change or if in advance a few seats have been blocked off for me. Best solution to that problem is to call 0800 737 000 for assistance.

Dont know if its just me but from about 10:30am this morning I have been unable to access any airnz sites, including airnz.co.nz, grabaseat.co.nz and even airnz.com
.au. I get http error 500 or error 504: this may be an issue wityh my andriod however I can access all other websites as usual.

Not just you or your android, same problem here on my laptop. Error 500 coming up for all sites, with exception of Lucky 7...

I have CO code share flights to LAX booked this month and December. I have just discovered that you can no longer change the seating requests. I rang the CC and they said there is nothing they can do and to ring CO - I didn't bother ringing CO as they would redirect me back to NZ.

Any ideas anyone?

There has been comment from time to time about people updating passport details but the information has subsequently reverted to the old information.

I was told about a year ago that it only worked if AirNZ staff inserted the details.

Well, the problem is still there. I imputted our new passport numbers (after being reminded that current ones were due to expire) and thought they had 'held'.

Not so. I logged in this morning only to be told I needed to update my expiring passport details.

Could someone from AirNZ IT please tell me when this glitch is likely to be fixed.

Yes, this happened to me two weeks ago. Updated my PP details online a month or so back, booked after that, but new details didn't show up.

Just checked my profile, and it has reverted to the old details. My passports don't reach expiry - I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not. Hell, in any case, it shouldn't be up to customers to try and reverse engineer all the systems and problems at NZ...

To be honest, I don't see something like this getting fixed. At NZ it seems that only gimmicky features and attempts to introduce yet more complexity into the system get worked on.

You're probably right. But it gets even more odd in that my husband's new passport number, which I entered on the same day as my new one, is still there.

Got a response from NZ about no business class available from anywhere but CHC, they have now fixed the problem

$660 OW HKK-SYD in Business, albeit a 9 hr 30min journey via AKL - not even you could complain about that great deal wayoutwest

Just finished sorting out hotels and about to book.

Business ow and back with VA to see how they work.

Finally hope to see the fireworks in BNE - there was a quake last year that stuffed up our plans

Since the change to allow DJ flights the logic for minimum connecting times has gotten screwed up.

A-B-C okay
B-C-D okay
A-B-C-D connection too short
