For a start (and i'm not even suggesting these guys are in the top ten) think about the likes of Murray McCully, Tim Groser, John Key and Bill English.
McCully and Groser in particular fly internationally in business class every few days (admittedly not always Air NZ or Star Alliance).
Key and English fly domestically every day (often multiple sectors), with international trips once a month.
And that ignores a number of senior execs who fly back and forth from Asia, the West Coast or even Europe every couple of weeks.

Yes, nowhere near top ten.

What's behind door number... 1?
So this morning before my flight to Melbourne, the mysterious door in the Auckland International Koru lounge with the sign "By Invitation Only" was open.
As the lounge is completely empty just before 5am, and a quick glance to see if there are any staff members around, went inside...
In a room barely the size of my living room at home, I found the above.
Even more curious, I decided to strike a chat up with the lady at the front desk/kiosk/entrance...
Me: "I see you guys have a new TV/lounge room in here, that's new, I never seen it before..."
Lounge Lady: "Oh... that's a room by invited guests only... only if you are invited by Mr. Luxon..."
Me: "Oh... (acting surprised), so this is like for the most elite of flyers?"
Lounge Lady: "Yeah..."
Me: "Oh... I would expect something MUCH nicer and posh"
Lounge Lady: "Yeah this is new, but we should have a MUCH better space when we get our new lounge sometime next year"

I presume the guy on my flight from SYD-AKL was an EP1, didn't see him in the lounge as such, waiting to board and he was escorted on first before priority boarding commenced. Same on arrival in Auckland, met at the door and escorted out of the terminal. He was a businessman rather than a celebrity or politician

Sorry to bump such an old thread but I was wondering if anyone else has anymore info on this?
I was waiting to enter the bathroom onboard an NZ flight recently and couldn't help but notice the crew had left a (very) large passenger list visible to all passengers which had EP1's at the top in their own section (admittedly, obscured by some kind of card) followed by regular VIPs (*S/*K/*G/*E) afterwards.

Not quite sure what other info you are after? Passenger manifest has always shown the passengers and status level - it also identifies the type of fare booked for meals etc.
The only takeaway for others reading is reminder to take your allocated seat, while their screens update automatically, sheets of paper do not

If I take it is $3M spent on one individual, that is 250 return trips to Europe on NZ if $12k each trip, that is not possible... it is interesting they are serving the CEO only (given that they can influence company policy?)

interesting, do you mean multi-million spent for the company or just on that CEO alone?

Of course without divulging any identifying information, is said individual more the "CEO whose company spends 5MM/yr with NZ" type or more the "regular bloke who spends 200k/yr personally" type?

He would fit into the b) category along with being quite passionate about the company and brand.
