I don't think the presentation is reliable. i took BEY - CDG yesterday with the new cabin (lot of marketing at the airport and in the plane about that as It was the first flight with the new config). In the presentation it said that new config is expected on October 26 on this route...

The presentation just says that all flights to BEY will be operated with the new configuration from October 26th. Not that the 1st BEST flight will be on October 26th.

I'm not sure how to read all the info, I have a flight iad-cdg in mid march 54/55, the corporate site seems to show Washington is new config, but the seat map doesnt reflect that.. appreciate any help thanks

BEST on random routes?
Just wondering... is AF also using BEST cabins on random routes (which are not mentioned in the PDF)?
For example, according to Flightradar24, AF342 (CDG-YUL) has been operated both by BEST 772 (F-GSPP, F-GSPQ) and "old" 772 (F-GSPN,F-GSPL)...

EF shows a mixture of NEV and BEST planes in March. Washington is certainly not in the list of "tout BEST" (all flights with BEST), meaning that some flights will have it and some not.
But forecasting today which day in March 2016 will have BEST is just a guessing game. Nobody really knows six months ahead.

Am I reading correctly on the last slide that they only plan to have 13 of the 777-200s complete by Oct 2016? According to the wiki, 13 have already been refurbished which would mean no additional 200s would get the BEST seats for over a year. However, they would then complete the last 12 a/c between Oct 2016 and June 2017.

Thank you. I'm planning a trip from IAD-MUC using Delta miles. I'd rather fly AF for the single connection but might go with VS and an extra connection for guaranteed flat beds. Next September's schedule for IAD-CDG currently shows some days with just an A380, some days with just a 4 class 77W, and some days with both an A380 and a 772.
