I have created a wiki similar to the one on the KL board. Data is based on AF communication (notably the one available on this thread), flightradar24, AF website, published trip reports and personal sources.
There are mistakes : for example, I am sure some 77W have been retrofitted in 3 cabins (J-W-Y) but cannot trace them. The quick change process is not helping either.
Feel free to amend it. I hope that will be helpful for everyone.

For sure same configuration.
In the last powerpoint p 2 and 12:
"Flotte long courrier à compter de 2017
Boeing 777

I am very confused.
The wiki states that there are four 3-cabins 77W (777-300ER) without P but with new cabin, including BEST J. But the AF document dated 31 January 2015 states that all 3-cabins 77W will have NEV4.
Where is the mistake????

SFO??
A new update for BEST deployment has been posted by AF. As it would take me too much time to compare from the previous version, I put everything here.
- 5 frames end 2014
- 26 frames end 2015 (so 21 retrofitted in 2015)
- 44 frames end 2016 (so 18 retrofitted in 2016)
So total of 44 B777 in BEST out of 62 today in AF fleet ==> 18 B777 will stay in NEV4 (in config 42J or COI/14J).
- in 2017 : beginning of retrofit of the Airbus fleet (except A340 which will be in the process of leaving the fleet).
List of 2014/2015 destinations and date of 1st flight (warning : it doesn't necessarily mean that BEST is present every day on a specific route)
(J) means that this flight has no P and so is equipped with J/W/Y BEST
(P) means that this flight has the 4 BEST cabins (P/J/W/Y).
- LAX (AF072/069): 6 July 2015 (J)
- JFK (AF012/017): 1st june 2015 (J)

AF is a forced choice for me most of the times, but I had hopes to soon balance the shocking bad experience of CDG itself with a better experience on board, but AF doesn't love me, apparently.

Isn't that a little exaggerated? Ground experience at CDG has been vastly improved in the last 5 years.

But I remember being there the first time, and be completely baffled at the lack of clear navigation instructions, total lack of interest of the personal and so on. It was a maddening experience. And I'm even fluent in French.
Nowadays, I feel more à l'aise in CDG, but I avoid it whenever I can.

Anyway, maybe many of you aren't familiar with the Terminal 2G and its "lounge". Suffice to say, having to spend almost 5 hrs there is unlike anything I've experienced in international hubs anywhere else.
Last time I tried to skip the deportation to 2G upon arrival and have a seat at my arrival's terminal's lounge (forgot the #), they said –and with right, I guess– that I had no right to stay there, as it wasn't my departure terminal "Ah non, c'est pas avec nous ça, quois!"
It didn't help that it was the day after the Charlie attack: everybody was crazy nervous and the guy at the reception almost screamed at me and said "you either go now, or I'll call police to escort you out".
5 hours in 2G. You try that and then tell me if it's not hell.
[And now I took this thread OT. Sorry.]

I would not like to speak for everyone, but I can tell you that many of us are fully aware of the ridiculous lounge situation at T2G. However, 2E<->2F cinnections are much easier than before.

Last week I was returning to Fra and the flight departed from 2G (ugh). I arrived at 2F and went to the lounge there and the agent told me that I better stay there than go to the lounge at 2G...
