I thought I was the only one. I called the customer service and he couldn't help at all. ( He only can "do" reservations")

What can I do now? I request password reset twice but no email received!!:mad::mad:

Likewise on my account. If i had been paying these web editor ****wits to upgrade my company system by now i would be claiming massive compensation package and paying them no more !

I just tried to log-in and I can't even see the places where you type your login and password.
Every week-end...

Works flawlessly here... Either it has already been fixed or maybe you're on a slow internet connection? I notice the top bar with the login info loads last.
OR you're in a country that blocks facebook? I noticed problems arising in China most likely due to the "login with facebook" button that doesn't load properly (and the rest of the login section with it)

(note: this was on the old website. haven't tried it on the new one actually)

I experienced the same last night (also in Android app), but now it's back to normal.

No, none of that. But it's back to normal now.

Paid with Ideal (Dutch internet banking system) today. When the payment was completed, the reservation confirmation I got on the Accor website was from a different person (French name), the confirmation was in French and for a complete different hotel in a different county and date.

My correct booking is however in my account visible and I did receive the correct booking by email.

If Accor.com is working correctly you should still be able to see an itemised statement of your card activity within "Access My Account" and then on the right hand side of the screen a tab "My Loyalty Card" which should open up to reveal a further tab "My Points History".

If the above isn't showing then PM the Accor Concierge on this forum. I have experienced this information disappearing on my account for short periods of time but usually reappears with 24 hours or so.

That is showing all the Points I have earned and redeemed from when I opened the account,
but is there a way to see how many Points I have earned during the last qualification period, or how many I need to requalify.
(The account is showing number of stays and nights )

One of those things I keep asking for over and over and have been told is on the "to do list" but not a priority. With the current website issues I agree, it's not a priority.

Accorhotels.com website problems [Master Thread]

After the Corporate replied my email telling me to contact the regional Accor Plus, my account miraculously could show the point history. yay.

Can not see or modify reservations after status change

I have 2 reservations that I used to access without problems. Some days ago I had some points credited and my status changed from classic to silver. Now I can not access my reservations anymore. They are displayed in my upcoming stays, but below the hotel photo and reservation number the stay dates are show twice and if I click in view/cancel or re-send confirmation e-mail I get an error . Another reservation that I done after the status changed is ok, I can access it without problems and the dates are displayed only once.
I noted also that my loyalty card number changed when status changed, and maybe this caused some bug in the website.

Welcome to FlyerTalk, AlexFC! :)

The website problems are frustrating, and inexcusable, but I hope I can reassure you that everything important should still be okay. Unless you wish to cancel or change a reservation (in which case you'll have to call), don't worry about not being able to access the details (or about dates showing twice). In my experience such reservations have been intact and I've not had any problems arriving at hotel. (For one reservation that showed repeated dates a family member got points credited twice, but obviously one shouldn;t expect that!)

I have the same problem. I have 7 stays upcoming in Europe, all booked while in current status. Didn't want to screw up my summer holidays so I called up my member services (Accor Plus) and emailed all the relevant hotels. All gave me positive replies that my bookings are all secured. It should not be due to a change in your loyalty card number.
