Still cannot log in, like everybody else it kept telling wrong password or username combination. I called CS, and they told me that my last successfully log in was today?????

Luckily they confirmed all points are there!

I tried to book twice today (with points) : twice booking were canceled one hour after booking : I saw that points were posted back to my account, and I had to mail the hotel to be told my booking were canceled.

Yes the points were deducted and the lesser amount charged when the transaction took place so all was well in my case

I can't log in either. It keeps saying my password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, it doesn't let me do it. What is going on? I hope my account hasn't been hacked.

UPDATE: Password reset worked 2nd time. Now reset password and can log in. But I am confused as to why I couldn't log in when I never changed my password in the first place! Weird!

+1 I just reset my password again( first reset my 2days ago) and finally I can log in to my account.

I am not sure if any experience this problem but via the accor app I cant open my bookings. I also see a booking that was cancelled showing up on my bookings but I can't get into it. Did something happen this week(system upgrade)? Never had this experience before.

At the moment, everything is working well for me. Log-in OK, future and previous bookings OK and points balance/history OK.

Where to find point earning details
 
Before Accor decided to completely f... up their website, there was a section where I could see my point earning activity in detail. That is, I could see in detail what points I had earned, when and for what, including promotion bonuses etc.

Now this is nowhere to be found anymore. Is this one of the numerous errors they introduced recently, or did they hide it so well that I can't find it anymore, or did they just do away with it? I learned to expect anything form Accor.

There is no change for this. You can still see your points details as before. I suppose you are another victim of Accor buggy site. It seems to be person- or country-dependent. I had problem this week when I couldn't log-in to the system, but for the last 3 days, everything is working well for me. I can see my point balance, point details, future and past bookings and I just redeemed some vouchers without problems.
But all those recurrent problems on Accor website are really annoying because they are very frequent.

If Accor.com is working correctly you should still be able to see an itemised statement of your card activity within "Access My Account" and then on the right hand side of the screen a tab "My Loyalty Card" which should open up to reveal a further tab "My Points History".

If the above isn't showing then PM the Accor Concierge on this forum. I have experienced this information disappearing on my account for short periods of time but usually reappears with 24 hours or so.

Log-in problems back again. Tells me "wrong password". When clicking on "forgot password" box - for the sake of it, no email received either.
