I got issues on their website and their app (iOS).... it says that my identification details are wrong when I press the search button... But I'm connected all right, can access my details, my points, my existing bookings...

Have you gotten new status or new number ? If yes, wait for several days.
Maybe the system do not recognize your new status/number yet.

I am getting exactly the same problem. I can log into my account, but then get this error when trying to search...

Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details.

Same here.

I'm pretty sure I know who I am... and they're the ones letting me log into my account.

I bit the bullet and contacted @Accor CS yesterday and go the following reply.

"Dear Mr. XXXXX,

We refer to the email dated 8/3/2015 regarding your upcoming stay at Sofitel Buenos Aires on 09/xx/2015.

We are facing some technical issue with our website but Accorhotels hopes the problem is solved later today. Please be advised that we are aware of the technical issue and working to have it fixed as soon as possible.

We understand that you would like to make a change in your booking. In order to proceed with your request, may we kindly ask for the details / information you would like to change?

We are looking forward in receiving this information.

Regards,

So I replied and got no answer :td::td::td:

No matter how much I actually like Sofitel I'm afraid that CS has been so utter useless that I honestly don't see my self wanting to spend any time and money on Accor any more :( It was all good up until this tbh...

I am still getting

''Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details.''

I emailed Accor CS on Monday, still no response. Booked three stays with Hilton this morning.

A quick update: I got direct contact with the hotel and after a few mails all got sorted directly with the onsite guest relations manager so all happy now... I no longer hold any status with A-Club but was treated as I had been a Plat card holder 👍 I'm back but no thanks to the useless lying CS team and horrible working website that still is not working!

been also getting the ''Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details.'' for a couple of weeks now, both logged in, and when entering the card number manually. Can't make reservations with a membership at all. Pretty much missed the private sale.

At least the contact form worked today, earlier got an error message on that as well.

No problems for me for about a couple of weeks now *touch wood* so it might be your account...

Accor website issues

When checking rates there now seems to be an "online only" rate that people in the callcenter are unable to see. However when you click on this rate, it asks you if you want to become an accor member.

This while I am logged in and it is clearly showing rates that are tied to my status.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes, these rates are new and open to all Le Club members, irrespective of status. Once you are logged in they should be bookable without a problem. I have used them before.

My understanding is this rate allows Accor to undercut OTAs where there are rate parity clauses in play.

Have you tried deleting all cookies in your browser?

Did anyone else experience this strange bug during booking where the first part "Le montant à prépayer est de" changes dynamically, but the second part "Montant à prépayer :" does not and remains at the full price - as in this screenshot:

Even after clearing all data related to the site when I click the rate while logged in it prompts me "This rate is only available for accor members... become a member" If I click yes it takes me forward, but it should know that I am logged in already and not throw the popover I am getting ...

It's a minor annoyance, hence originally the separate tread
