Very annoying  |
My login has started working again after several hours of "your login and password are incorrect".
My reservations are visible but my Le Club Accor card and points have currently "disappeared". The home login page simply asks me if I would like to sign up for a Le Club card. Usual Accor IT problems hopefully it'll return to normal soon. |
EXCLUSIVE RATE 50% OFF RATE IN LATIN AMERICA link says: Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details.
Last time I wanted to book with Accorhotels, I didn't manage to go through the website, so I was on the phone for 40+ minutes (at first they didn't manage to book my rate (Happy Mondays in the UK), then my payment didn't go through, so been transferred to the hotel itself, who managed to charge my card...) |

I now can access my points, but when I tried booking with points, the prepay amount to be paid by credit card at the bottom of the page is not deducted. I worry that if I go ahead and put in my card details, I will be charged the full amount. Can anyone advise ?
Example rate is 100 Euro The box shows : Book with 2,000 points + 60 Euro It seems correct, but at the bottom of the page where you put your card details, the prepay amount shown is still 100 Euro. Wouldn't that mean if I confirm it, the system will still charge 100 Euro to my card ? |
Hi Amy, sent PM about the 50% off South America promo.

Same problem here... it seemes to happen a lot recently.
However, I usually can access the account again after a couple hours wait, but I have been logged out since yesterday morning. I did a password reset and still no luck.... |

So the prepay amount charged to your card was not the full amount ? I was worried that the points are deducted but we are also charged the full amount on our card. Thanks! |
All working ok for me.

I'm actually traveling (and staying at Accor properties) and I can't even check my reservations  |

Was intending to make several bookings July-November, including one using an Experience deep discount voucher issued for Benelux properties, following some bad experiences with Accor. Oh, the irony. Amy, you can PM me if you want, for what good it'll do, I know not. You'll find me in the nearest Crowne Plaza. Reliability and good performance are clearly alien invasive notions for Accor, after all. Just when I had deluded myself you had take a turn for the better. |
Accorhotels.com website problems [Master Thread]
When I managed to log in this morning it gave me the password error too. I then keyed in a different (wrong) password and then my correct one again. I was then logged in.
