I can't access the Le Club part of the website at the moment. Upcoming bookings show but no Le Club details. Anyone else have this problem?

I can "sort of" log in... I can access my data (address etc.), see my past bookings (and probably also reservations, but i don't have any at the moment..)

I can't see any points history though, or status. And on the top it also invites me to join LeCub, WHILE logged in...

I suggest Accor gets someone who really knows what they're doing, sets up a new, clean DB and transfers all the accounts over.. (I know, it sounds sooo easy :D) It seems something didn't quite go as planned while setting up the new website..

Indeed. I also only had limited access for several hours earlier today.

Accor Concierge: Do you really want people to PM you with their membership details every time this happens? I think you'd be making work for yourself. The evidence here suggests that it's a widespread problem, not just an anomaly affecting a handful of people.

I couldn't access yesterday and still can't now. All I get is a message saying that my email and/or password are not correct. This is on the website and on the apps.

I agree - Accor need to get someone who knows what they are doing and start the website and DB from scratch.

It is working again, seems to have been a more general outage which was fixed now. Still, thanks for trying to help :)

EDIT: ALSO: I now had a button to click to "finish my reservation" since my account was created during a hotel stay (true.. 2 years ago..). After going through that, my account is now finally back to full working order.

Imoossible to log-in today : it says that my loggin and passwords are incorrect (and I'm sure they are correct). I tried on Accor and Sofitel sites.

I was able to login and book a few hours ago but locked out again now. Just ridiculous. What the heck is going on!!:mad:
