This is pain, particularly as I want to check if my February bonus points are registering. Two stays this week, neither had posted by the end of yesterday.

The stuff that drives me crazy is that it was impossible to book with point on Friday. OK. It's possible to do it on Sunday but of course the fare is not the same ...

Re the Happy Monday's promotion you can only book those on a Monday and Tuesday for the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday so they won't be bookable until midnight tonight. |
Post stay satisfaction survey but not stayed there yet
Slightly OT because not a bug of Accor web site but another Accor IT bug : I just received an e-mail for the satisfaction survey for my stay at Pullman HKG. The only problem is that my stay is only in several months from now :D

For the last two days I can't log into the account section. Is it just me? (or is Hilton where I am staying at the moment blocking access :D)

I've just tried to book Novotel Glasgow using the Happy Monday's offer for this coming Sunday. Managed to select a room no problems and got through the to the payment page.
Before clicking on the card payment screen there is a box which asks if you want to use your points and no is pre-selected, however it appears to be deducting them on the next page as the amount to be billed to card is reduced by the same amount as the points would be. Going back a page and selecting no then brings up a message saying 2000 points will be deducted and then clicking yes makes this message go away and takes the amount to pay back to £50 on the next screen. So it looks like selecting no deducts points and selecting yes does not. In the end I wasn't sure what was happening and ended up booking the Mercure. |
Website and account issues
Is it just me? I can log into the accor website and see my account settings (name etc) but not my points balance or my status. I'm a Platinum member.
The Novotel and Accor android apps no longer show my card or points either. |
I called yesterday.
They are upgrading the website and many clients are in this situation. It works now for me. Patience ;) |
