You received a promotional flyer (and that's the purpose of that flyer) which simply mentioned points balance.
It isn't a monthly points statement. Why would you expect your recent stays.

Can you be more specific?

I suspect pretty much everyone who has tried to log in during the past week will have experienced some kind of glitch. Mine have included (not all at the same time): no points showing, no status showing, password not working at the first attempt, future bookings appearing twice.

Hello everyone,

I have been monitoring this thread and have seen that many issues have been brought up over the last few day. I alerted the team and have heard back from them about these issues.

We are currently facing technical issues on Le Club Accorhotels website.

Some members may not be able to access to their points balance and their loyalty cards on their personal account.

We are actively working on solving these issues and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The site is being worked on and everything should be resolved swiftly. I will keep you updated if I hear any more news, we are working on things!

I deleted my cookies and I'm still seeing the message on my homepage from The Le Club Accorhotels Executive team saying "We are actually facing technical issues on Le Club Accorhotels website. Was able to log in today and account seemed to correctly reflect status and points.

However, this banner is on my account page:

"Dear member,
We are actually facing technical issues on Le Club Accorhotels website. Some members may not be able to access to their points balance and their loyalty cards on their personal account. I also am seeing the above banner but still can NOT see my points information / status. Problem has been about a month for me.

Unfortunately I do not have any specific timeline to give you but the team is on it and things should be back to normal soon as the majority of the accounts have already been checked. If you could me your membership number and details of whats happening i can send them to our team and try and move things along quicker :)

I did so, but no reply from her and my account is still not showing points. I need to use my points in making a reservation but I still cannot access my points.
