Business Plus cabins: window seats are even numbered; honeymoon pairs are odd numbered;
The row numbering sequence avoids the use of number 13

Are some seats shell-surrounded cubicles & some not?!!
A345 = A340 or A330 or ???
Link to appropriate SeatGuru or similar?

"A345" means Airbus A340-500, which according to this thread is what IB calls the new configuration of their A340-600. There is a seat map in the Wiki at the top of this thread, look at the last seat map. You can see that it shows there is no row 1 center, so row 2 center is bulkhead. My understanding is that all business seats are hard shell.

Thanks.
I see this in wiki:

What are the orange icons? consoles? seats?
The human figure icons can't
be all the seat locations -- only 9 + 2 disabled!
If orange icons are seats, too, are there two kinds of seats?
Confused...

I don't know, because I didn't create the Wiki, but when I saw it, I assumed that whoever created it had simply copied a seat map from IB or elsewhere, and that as a result, some seats were occupied and shown with the people icons.

...and that is the seat map. Orange things are unoccupied seats, things with people in them are seats which are taken, things with wheelchair icons are disability accessible seats.

Got it! Occupied & empty. Thanks.
Does anyone know:
when a couple occupy 2 center seats,
specifically row 2, is there divider between
& can it be raised or lowered as desired?

Row 1 does seem to suffer light pollution from the galley area. The middle of the cabin is the darkest. I also noticed more cabin crew gather in the forward galley. So Johnny's observations are correct. If travelling alone I would choose a window seat in rows 5 or 7.

There is a divider which affords more privacy especially when your seat is in bed mode.

I have a reservaiot non the A330-300. Seatguru indicates Row 10 has the best Y seats other than the exit row. There are 4 adults in our group so row 10 seems logical and its an overnight flight.

I just tried to reserve the seats on row 10 and the website reported:
"Due to a problem with connections between booking systems it was not completed
correctly."

There is a pending transaction on my credit card but the reservation hasn't updated on classic.checkmytrip.com

I called the call centre but I was told "those seats are reserved for a special type of passenger".

EDIT to add:

I have reviewed the seat map on Qatar's websote and one of the seats is unavailable despite showing as available no IB website.

When the pending transaction clears from my credit card I will retry with alternative seats.

The divider can be lowered practically turning the 2-seats into a double bed. I took these pictures two weeks ago on my way to GIG:

Anyone have any idea of the layout of the A332s and which routes they will start on first?

I assume the J cabin will be the same as the A333 without the mini cabin?

A332s have longer range than the A333s so I guess they can
be used on any route...

They also don't necessarily need to replace aircraft on routes. There are plenty of new routes that might work. I'm still shocked there's none to the Arab world yet, given the close business ties between Spain and various Arab countries. With QR in OW, DOH would make a lot of sense.

Does anyone know the status of LAX-MAD business class? Seems like they are still running the 340-200 with older business seats. I'm considering booking a ticket for May 2016 and I'm hoping they will have New business class by then. I made a dummy booking on Iberia and it still shows 340-200 Are there plans to upgrade this route soon? Thanks.

I just flew MAD-LAX and the seats were brand new, lie-flat, and wonderful. Might want to BYOB though:

But A330-200 will replace 340-300
