Seems that all UAL computers are presently down.....we're going to leave for ORD now......Hoping no problem/delay with our UAL flight to FRA, and short connection to Lufthansa flight to BCN. Must check luggage..

Not sure this is limited to United. ExpertFlyer is having the same issues. Some 3rd party provider/database must be impacted.

Still not available. It's truly astonishing at how horrible the backend systems of this airline is. Horrible IT/web, Horrible ICC center, just amazing.
It's fine to "penny pinch" on certain things but to not have a website working as often as this one doesn't and it being YEARS with the same problems. Just a poor way to run a business. I called the 1K desk and was on hold for over 5 minutes before an agent came on and it was the ICC. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I've received the ICC while calling the 1K desk. United really does need to get it together. They always have an excuse and to not have their website running for quite awhile now just seems that it is a real loss of revenue. Put the $ in some INFRASTRUCTURE United.

I just called CS since OLCI said I didn't have an e-ticket - most likely due to my cancellation/rebooking and indeed I was on THREE flights, the xld flight hadn't cleared out, and I was "protected" on 2 other flights, even though the first CS person I dealt with earlier said I had been rebooked. She got all that straightened out but she said that the system was currently going up and down and that she had to repeat a lot of transactions to get them to go through. Sounds like they're not out of the woods yet.
