PDB nada. A320 EWR-RDU. This is my first domestic flight in 18 months, 1st upgrade in over 2 years. Very disappointed.

Last Minute bubbly EtOH and still offered, A nice late surprise.

16JU IAH-ORF 6:50pm scheduled. Mild delay due to late-arriving FAs. Water only.

6/19 UA499 IAH-IAD OJ or Water

6/19 - UA2208 STT-IAH - Nothing. No time pressures, on time flight, plenty of socializing by the FA's. Five hour flight, only offered beverage service was with the meal. No other follow up for anything unless you used the call button. Pretty disappointing F product by UA, which we rarely experience since home is DFW.

6/19 - UA2313 IAH-DFW - Water or Prosecco PDB offered. Even on this very short flight, they came by for beverage offering after takeoff. Too bad this FA wasn't on the earlier flight.

6/18 BCN-IAD Water or prosecco. Gent behind me asked for a red wine and was told only these two choices prior to take-off by the FA
6/18 IAD-DEN Water or prosecco.

6/17 MCO-EWR a full PDB option

6/21: FLL-EWR No PDB

Crew was acting fake busy, busy, busy (one had a freak out because she thought she lost her UA iPhone), but they had plenty of time for Water & one other choice. Nothing.

MUC-ORD June 20 - no PDB
ORD-SAN June 20 - water or sparkling wine

Dfw-IAd 2.5 hour delay (some weather, some just incompetence). Water only. I asked for something else because it’s easy on an A319 when there’s a huge stationary line during boarding but was told inflight. Now FA just playing on phone for 15 minutes during boarding.

I’m sick of this. AA is somehow way more competent in their ability to provide open bar PDB and leave on time (they focus on D0). I’m booking away from UA because domestic service is terrible these days. Can’t believe how much better AA is in F.

Anyone understand why SkyWest offers nothing during boarding? Occasionally, and I emphasize that, I might get water.

Delta requires SkyWest provide predeparture drinks. Just got one the other day.

I have the reverse experience. I am more likely to get a PDB on SAN-LAX/LAX-SAN than on SAN/SFO or SFO/SAN. Gotta love the consistency!

Water and sparkling wine offered; I politely asked if gin @ tonic would be possible, and answer was “when we’re in the air, sir!” Two minutes later, she returned with g&t. I surmised she saw on the manifest that I’m 1K. Rest of inflight service was attentive - she made a beeline to my seat and I was in row 3.

6/20 ewr mco - 737-800, prosecco or water - great crew - constant drink refills until descent.
