United has a higher-density 777 primarily for domestic flights, with 3-4-3 across economy seating and a smaller business ("United First") class with lie-flat seating. There are three versions, which UA is labeling Version 2, Version 3, and Version 4. The differences from prior 777 planes are the economy lavatory areas and the surrounding seats (Rows 37, 39, 40, 41 and 52). This plane features 28-32 lie-flat United First seats, 102-124 Economy-plus seats, and 206-234 Economy seats. All United First seats have in-flight entertainment screens and at-seat power. The United First seats are the same lie-flat "coffins" that were used on international 777 flights prior to the introduction of the Polaris seats. All Economy seats have power outlets (2 outlets for 3-seat groups and 3 outlets for 4-seat groups), but do not have seat-back entertainment screens (just a device holder).

FC HNL-DEN
Does anyone know if flight #383 HNL-DEN (9 PM departure) provides the Polaris pillow and blanket "pack"? They do on KOA-DEN but I didn't want to assume it was the same on the 777-200 and get surprised. Also, is under foot rest storage allowed on this frame? TYIA.

All my Hawaii flights have been daytime but I’ve never seen Polaris style amenities offered. I’d say your experience is more of an exception than the rule.
777-200 with 2/4/2 seating in first does not allow floor/foot pocket storage during take off and landing. It’s fine during flight.

Booking a reward flight for next year that has a DEN->OGG leg.
I'm looking at the seating chart and can't seem to see an example of it anywhere. There appears to be paired seats at rows 37, 39 and 40 (plus 48, 49, 50, 51) which doesn't match any 777-200 charts that I see.
Any idea if 37 or 40 would be better as a non-economy plus option? Worried about the proximity to the lavatory but would really like to have a paired seat.

No way to tell in advance which configuration will be used -- a first guess is done about 2 day out but could change after that.

Yes
See seatmaps in the wiki or on UA - V3/V4
Note the lav configurations are also different
The lav configuration was unchanged in the last retrofit and that led to the different seat configuration for Rows 37/40
