You can check for interview availability (without needing to be logged in) at TTP - Schedule Appointment
This page includes a checkbox you can use to show locations with the soonest availability, although they tend to be few in number and near border towns.
You may also wish to consider:
Note also that a location that has literally zero availability for future interviews today, may pop up with available slots tomorrow (or even later today), presumably as people with scheduled appointments do EOA or walk-in thus freeing up their original time slot. So it may be worth checking back periodically.

You may also wish to consider:
- Enrollment on Arrival, which can be done while clearing immigration during international return to the US: Global Entry Enrollment on Arrival
- Some locations offer walk-in interviews even if you do not have an appointment: Global Entry Walk-In Interviews
- If you will be passing through MIA, their GE office nearly always has immediate availability and is open very late.

Anyone have recent experience with how long after the interview (for an expired GE) before you're good to use it again? My wife gets her new interview about 10 days before we head out of the country. Tried to get an earlier one, but our home airport is SFO and it's about the worst for availability. The on-line options even further out (her interview is for Oct 15th I think? And we're checking every few days to see if anything opens up earlier). Thanks!

First Time Applicant - Global Entry
Applied - 8/12/21
Conditional Approved - 8/14/21
Interview Scheduled: 8/21/21 -- I got lucky, CLT opened Saturday mid-week with 40+ appointment availability.
Just a heads up, I found a workaround using the GE API to sound when any appointment opened up to book. I can share how I did it if folks are having trouble.

CLT opened up interview slots through this Tuesday. Otherwise they had nothing open at all.
They also noted in telephone conversation that they put up interview slots on the 1st and 15th of each month (unless a holiday in which case I assume it slides forward).

Just did my (first) interview today in DTW at the Bridge to Canada Enrollment Center. Officer asked me why I came all the way up to DTW instead of going to CLT. I explained that I was in DTW for business so I swung by. CLT would be 5-6 hours of driving roundtrip.

Another first-timer here. We live in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Filled out the application last Friday, and received conditional approval on Sunday. I had hoped to schedule the interview at the Treasure Coast Airport, as it is only 15 minutes from us. We are leaving on Oct. 7th, so an early interview was important. There were no appointments at the Treasure Coast Airport until late October. I checked other close sites - PBI, FLL, MCO, even the port facility at Riviera Beach, but no luck. Finally, I looked at MIA, and it was wide open, so we went there on Tuesday. Five minutes later, we are trusted. Easy Peasy.
If you are in South Florida, there are tons of slots in MIA, with four agents on site there.

Just received my conditional approval the other day and need to go in for an interview. I live in ATL and the earliest available appointment in April 4, 2022. Any way I can get an interview sooner that this? Thanks in advance!

Go back and check the interview page every day. Sometimes people cancel and slots can open up again.

Look at alternate cities. If one has an earlier date make a trip out of it.
