Applied June 24, received my conditional approval tonight.

Surprisingly I was still able to schedule an interview for tomorrow afternoon tonight as well!

That's almost 5 months! Hopefully they will clear summer backlog soon. I'm still waiting for my conditional approval since July 8. Bobvb did you call them to inquire prior to your approval?

Mine took forever. Canadian citizen living in western Canada.

I applied June 13. Got my conditional approval for Nov 20. Have my interview for next week.

I called the nexus processing centre once around end of October to ask them why the f was it taking so long. That might have helped things along.

NEXUS is a joint program, it belongs to both CBSA and CBP. The difference in processing times is most likely due to which side you're applying through.

not like you have a choice. nexus HAS to go through the CBP now given CBSA has stopped accepting paper applications. So the only place you can apply to is the TTP website afaik.

4 months?

I got my Nexus approved in about 6 weeks. My wife submitted hers at the beginning of July, it's now been over four months, and it's still showing "pending approval." No updates, no status. Is there someone we can call to figure out what is going on?

Friend (Canadian) applied Mid June 2019 and is still pending. It really seems like June/July aren't being processed for some reason.

Still waiting, put in my application August 14, 2019 and still haven’t seen any changes. Is there an a number I can call on the American side to see what the delays are?

Applied in end of Sep 2019 from Vancouver; Conditional approval was by Nov 10. Initially had scheduled for Dec 31 interview at Blaine as Vancouver slots were full till march 2020. Luckily got a slot in YVR airport in between and did interview mid-Nov. Now approved on Dec 2 and waiting for card..

My wife called today and got a very angry and unpleasant woman who refused to even look up her application, and told her "it takes as long as it takes, if it's been longer than 7 months and still showing pending, then call back."
